针对企业设备陈旧、加工手段落后致使产品质量不高的状况 ,将计算机、检测、自动控制等先进制造技术与质量管理理论与方法相结合 ,以经济实用性、现场可操作性强为出发点 ,采用与传统过程质量控制不同的思路和方法 ,对过程质量控制系统的理论与实践进行了研究与开发 .

In view of the situation with the obsolete equipment and technology of the most enterprises, the cause of the low product quality, to combine the computer, measurement, automation technology with the quality control theory and technology, the theory and practice of the system of mechanical process quality control have been studied and designed, in which the maneuverability, practicability and economical according to the different conception and method from the traditional process quality control.
