摘要
采用文献资料调研、访谈以及数理统计等研究方法对我国优秀男子马拉松运动员胡刚军的训练进行了全面的分析研究 ,得出以下结论 :胡刚军的训练始终抓混合代谢负荷的比例 ,通过加大混合代谢的负荷来提高训练的负荷强度 ,促进专项成绩的提高 ,具有鲜明的特征 ;胡刚军的训练节奏明显 ,负荷强度安排合理 ,在保持一定负荷的基础上不断提高负荷强度 ,符合当前先进的长距离跑及超长距离跑训练的趋势 ;胡刚军的赛前训练负荷量和负荷强度安排合理 ,调控得当。
By using the method of document, interview and mathematical statistical, the author makes comprehensive analysis on training of our elite marathoner HU Gang jun. The result shows that HU's ratio of mix metabolize load in training is the emphases. Through increasing the mix metabolize load to enhance his load intensity and specific performance,it has a bright character. HU's training rhythm is obvious and training load arrangement rationally. Based on the certain load, he continuously improves load intensity, and this method is accord with the world trend for long distance running training. The training load and quantity arrange rationally for HU Gang jun.
