The Automatic Control System for Vitriol Feeding in Water Plants Based on Expert Systems

介绍了基于专家系统的自来水厂自动投药系统的构建,简要概述了自来水生产过程中自动加药所采用的新型控制策略———基于实例推理(CBR)的专家系统,以及在系统中WinCC服务器与智能控制机进行实时通讯时OPC技术的应用.并且讨论了构成自动投药系统的各个组件间的通讯、变频器控制的实现等问题,以及在系统的设计、调试过程中所遇到的一系列问题及解决方案.

This paper introduced an automatic control system for vitriol feeding in water plants based on (expert) systems.It presented a new type of control method——case-based reasoning expert systems,the (application) of OPC technology in realtime communication between WinCC sever and intelligent controller,and talked about some problems on communication and frequency conversion controlling.
