Discussion on the Influential Factors of the Relationship Between Political Parties and Governments in Western Countries

党政关系问题是现代民主政治的基本问题,在西方政治过程中,有许多因素影响和制约着党政关系的运作。本文将从国家制度、政党体制、政党的意识形态、政党的组织结构以及在野党或反对党的监督与制约作用等几个方面,来分析影响西方党政关系运作的因素。

The relationship between political parties and governments is a fundamental problem in modem democracies. In the political process of western contries,there are several factors which inflence and restrict the operation of the relationship between political parties and governments. This article will analyse the factors which influnce the operation of the relationship between political parties and governments in western countries by way of national institution,party system, party organization and structure, party ideology and supervisory function of party-in-opposition.
