On Preparation for Constitutionalism in Late Qing Dynasty

从1906年开始,清末统治者宣布实行"预备立宪"。对于这场宪政改革,传统的观点皆以"骗局"二字加以认定而对其影响认识不足。其实,通过分析可以发现,清末预备立宪加速了清王朝的灭亡,摧生了新的政治制度,开创了中国政治近代化和现代化进程,同时给国人以深刻的民主宪政启蒙教育。

The rulers at the end of the Qing Dynasty had declared 'Preparation for Constitutionalism' since 1906.The constitutional reform was thought to be fraud in the view of the former and its influence wasn't understood really. We think that Preparation for Constitutionalism at the end of the Qing Dynasty hastened the collapse of the Qing Dynasty ,speeded the new political system, and expedited the political mordernizaton in China.It alse enlightened the people profoundly about democratic constitution.
