社会矛盾、稳定和制度安排

中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会的政治报告提出“全面建设小康社会”的任务 ,这标志着我们的社会主义现代化事业即将进入一个新的发展阶段。全面建设小康社会是全新的实践 ,需要从理论上认真地加以研究。经济、社会、文化的新发展也将提出大量的问题。哲学工作者要善于把这些问题转化为自己的研究课题 ,勇于提出新问题、新思想、新观念。中国社会科学院哲学所的一些学者在学习十六大报告的过程中 ,从理论上探讨了“全面建设小康社会与哲学观念的变革”问题。现摘要发表 ,以期推动这方面的讨论。

The great cause in building the well-to-do society roundly needs the appropriate philosophical viewpoint. It is necessary to develop the conductive function of new values, the new practice of innovation and so on, which is to continue to push forward the reform. Furthermore, we must respect the creative labor while dealing with the relationship between manual labor and mental labor, between labor and knowledge, technique, management and capital properly. The key is to dissolve the social contradictions in different way, such as building the proper social system and keeping social stability. It is also important to develop civilization coherently, including the material civilization, spirit civilization and political civilization. Finally, we must attach importance to the sustainable development, especially the comprehensive development of human beings under the condition of socialist market economy in China today.
