Development of Sealing Line Calculation in Twin Screw Compressor

本文对螺杆压缩机中转子的接触线计算方法进行了探讨,并利用此方法就某典型的转子型线计算了其接触线方程,同时,对利用接触线方程如何估算气体质量的泄漏作了原则性的讨论。

In this paper the development of a method for the sealing line calculation in a twin screw compressor is presented and discussed. Using this method an example calculation of sealing lines for the typical profiles is developed. The applicution of sealing line in mass leakage evaluation is also discussed in principle.
