本文综述了世界知名研究组织和专家对日本、美国、西欧及全世界能源电力发展前景的观点及所采取的战略措施,并指出了我国进行电力长期规划时的可借鉴之处。

The points of view and strategic measures, which are presented by internzational well-known organizations and famous specialists for the prospects of energy and electrical power development in Japan , United States, Western Europe and whole world. are described comprehensively, and the use of some of them for reference in our long-term electrical power planning is pointed out in this paper.
