摘要
本文针对当前我国电网结构及稳定的主要问题,从运行和规划的角度进行了综合性分析,对我国电源和电网建设的关系同发达国家进行了定量比较。文中还对今后电网的运行和规划工作提出了具体建议。
In this paper , general discussion on power systems configration and system stability in planning and operation practices in China are presented. A compaprison is made between China and an industrial country about the natio between network development and generating capacity installed. Some suggestions to network planning and operation are also given.
