摘要
本文讨论了电网远动系统中遥测系统的测量数据在各环节中的分段误差,并运用误差分析理论对国际流行的现代遥测系统的静态误差和误差传递作了系统的研究,导出了普遍的误差公式和工程计算实用公式,还分析了电网事故时遥测的动态误差和纠正时延误差的途径。
This paper discusses the measuring errors of telemetering subsystem in telecontrol system systematically in all respects. The sources and properties of errors are analyzed, the whole process of sampling, processing, transferring and receiving of telemetering data are described briefly. Using the theory of error analysis, the overall static errors and the error of each section in the modern telemetering subsystems are studied ; the general error formula is derived and the engineering calculating formula are evaluated. A new concept of overall transferring coefficient is suggested. The dynamic error of telemeering during the period of network disturbance is analyzed and the correcting procedures of error caused by time delay is given.The methods to reduce the overall error of modern telemetering subsystem are also studied.
