容积泵的发展与“进动泵”

Devolement of the Positive Displacement Pump and the Rocking Rotor Pump

本文提出容积泵在发展中存在“常规发展”与“机构突破”两种途径。指出机构突破应从平面向空间开拓,进而论述了进动机构是如何演化成进动泵;以及平面摆动泵如何通过“进动演化”为空间进动泵。文中总结了“进动演化”的特征以及介绍了进动泵进、排口的径向和轴向布置。

This paper presents that there are two ways on the development of the positive displacement pump. One is the Normal Development, and the other is the Mechanism Breakthrough. It expounds further how the precessing mechanism is evoluted into the processing pump, and how the plane rocking pump is developed into the space precessing pump through the Precessing Evolution, pointing out that the mechanism breaktthrough should be made from plane to space. It then summarizes the characteristic of the Precessing Evolution, circumference at the same instant within a half period, and introduces the radial and axial arrangement of the inlet port and the outlet port of the processing pump.
