本文从达到ZC要求、提高单位功率制冷量和平均无故障运行时间、扩大通用性等方面论述了船用100缸径制冷压缩机的改进研究,提出改进研究的内容、方法和理论依据,着重从结构上介绍改进设计的特点,并根据样机试验结果进行水平分析。

This paper intruduces the research on improving design of 100mm bore refrigeration marine compressor on the hand of achieving ZC reguirments. Increasing per power refrigerating capacity (the coefficient of performance) and mean time between failure and expending purposes. If puts forward the research contents methods and theoretical fundation. Especially if describes the characteristics of improving design in structure and anlyzes the level according to the experimental results of machine.
