A Research on Overcoming the Effect of Varying Back Pressure on the Performance of Spring Loaded Safety Valve

本文针对变动背压与安全阀性能的关系问题进行了理论分析,并提出了变动背压对安全阀排放压力及回座压力影响的数学表达式。在此基础上,作者提出了两种克服变动背压对性能影响的新结构,对其中的一种结构进行了试验验证,结果表明,其性能有了很大的提高。

This paper analyses the relationship between varying back pressure and the performance of safety valves and derives the analytic equations of the effect of varying back pressure on discharge pressure andreseat pressure of safety valves. On this basis, two new types which can overcome the effect of varying back pressure on the performance are proposed. One of which is tested, the results indicate that the performance is far better.
