Cervitec凝胶结合洁刮治术治疗慢性牙周炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of an Antiseptic Dental Varnish (Cervitec) Combined with Scaling Root Planing for Treatment of Chronic Periodontitis

目的 观察牙周洁刮治后在牙周袋内注入Cervitec凝胶是否对牙周炎临床参数有影响。方法 纳入慢性牙周炎患者 2 0例 ,每例选择 2个探诊深度和附着丧失均在 5mm以上且探诊出血的牙周袋。每个实验对象洁刮治与根面平整完成后即刻在牙周袋内注入药物 ,1个牙周袋用Cervitec凝胶 ,另一个位于不同分区的牙周袋用安慰剂 ,隔日 1次 ,共计 3次。分别于洁刮治前与上药完成后的第 7、1 4d测量菌斑指数、牙龈指数、出血指数、探诊深度及附着水平。结果 实验组与对照组间各项临床指标在洁刮治前无显著差别 (P>0 0 5 ) ,用药后 1、2周 2组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 洁刮治术结合Cervitec凝胶治疗慢性牙周炎 ,能够有效地改善临床症状 。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of an antiseptic dental varnish when applied to periodontal diseased teeth after mechanical therapy. Methods 20 subjects participated in this placebo controlled, double blind prospective longitudinal study. 2 experimental sites with a pocket probing depth > or =5mm were chosen in each subject. All subjects received full mouth supra-gingival and subgingival scaling and root planning within one week. At 0,2,4 days thereafter, the control varnish, consisting of ethanol ethylacetate and polyviylbutyral were applied to one of the selected teeth and test varnish, containing 1% cholorhexidine and 1% thymol in addition, was applied to the other one. Clinical parameters were assessed before treatment, and 7, 14 days after final application. Results Before treatment, each periodontal index between two groups was not different evidently, however, there were apparent difference at one week and 2 weeks after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Supplementing initial mechnical therapy with the administration of a dental varnish with antimicrobial properties could effectively relieve the clinical signs and gain better clinical results.
