^(99m)Tc-MIBI肺部断层显像在肺癌化疗敏感性评估中的应用

摘要 目的 对99mTc -甲氧基异丁基异腈 (MIBI)肺部断层显像进行定量分析 ,以预测小细胞肺癌肿块对化疗的敏感性。方法 对 30例肺癌患者进行99mTc -MIBI肺部断层显像 ,分析敏感组与不敏感组ER、DR、RI之间的区别 ,以及它们与P -gp之间是否存在相关性。结果 敏感组的DR、RI值 ,明显高于不敏感组 ,并且RI值与P -gp定性具有相关性。结论 肺部99mTc -MIBI断层显像通过DR和RI2种参数选定 ,可对肺癌的化疗敏感性进行定量评估。
