3例肾移植术后急性排斥的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Rejection after Renal Transplantation

目的 提高肾移植术后急性排斥反应 (简称急排 ,AR)的诊治水平。方法 回顾分析 3例肾移植急排患者的临床资料。结果 3例急排肾移植病人均经抗排斥治疗 ,恢复肾功能。结论 急性排斥反应 ,早期发现、早期诊断并合理应用抗排斥药物 ,有助于急排的治疗。

Objective To improve the diagnostic and treatment level of acute rejection after renal transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases renal transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The anti-rejection treatment was performed in 3 patients of acute rejection stage after renal transplantation and the renal function was recovery. Conclusion The early diagnosis and early treatment might be helpful combined with reasonable antibiotics.
