直肠癌根治术后复发再手术的探讨

Discussion on Re-operation of Relapse Rectal Carcinoma after Radical Operation

目的 探讨直肠癌根治术后复发的手术可行性与术式选择。方法 分析 2 3例 (男 2 0例 ,女 3例 )直肠癌根治术后复发病例的临床资料 ,手术方法及临床效果。结果 2 3例均进行复发病灶及周围器官的处理 ,术后采用恰当的治疗。结论 直肠癌根治术后原发性病例可在病人无远隔脏器转移和无手术禁忌证时 ,均可施再次手术治疗。

Objective To discuss the possibility and methods of re-operation of relapse rectal carcinoma after radical operation. Methods The clinical data , operative methods and clinical effect of 23 relapse patient of rectal carcinoma was analyzed. Results The relapse lesion and peripheral organs were treated and proper treatment was performed after operation. Conclusion The reoperation could be performed for relapse patient without distal organ metastasis and operative contradiction therefor increase the life quality and survival rate.
