摘要
本文在分析了几种视频压缩编码控制算法之后,在常用的BOC(Buffer Occupancy Algo-rithm)算法基础上,提出了一种改进的自适应控制算法M-BOC(改进BOC),并把它用于H.261建议的低速率视频压缩编码器的研制中。文章还对算法在实现中所遇到的实际问题进行了综合考虑,并与基本的BOC算法进行了比较。计算机模拟结果表明,这种算法比基本的BOC算法效果更好,而且并没有增加实现的复杂度。
This paper presents an improved adaptive buffer control algorithm on the base of brief introduc-tions of existing ones. Some practical problems have been discussed in details. Through computer simulation over typical image series, it is demostrated that the proposed algorithm has better performance than conven-sional BOC algorithm,without significantly increasing implementation complexity.
