摘要
本文研究了沉降离心机转鼓内液层滞后对固体粒子在液层中沉降的影响以及料液预旋加速对滞后的影响;提出了减轻液层滞后的理论依据;最后在考虑液层滞后的条件下,提出了对∑理论的修正方法。生产能力修正系数ζ的导出,使得理论计算值更接近于实际生产的数值。
In this paper, the effect of the lag of the liquid layer angular velocity to the solid particle sedimentation was discussed, and the effect of the preprotation feed to the angular velocity profile was investigated. The correctness factor ζ was derived, which is used to correct the ∑ concept and calculate the theoretical settling capacity.
