摘要
本文主要从系统结构、锌冶炼物流模块化、工艺流程计算结构图自动绘制和物料平衡计算等方面对生命周期评价系统进行了研究 ,开发出以工段为单元的物料平衡计算算法。实践证明 ,与以设备为计算单元的方法相比 。
Our investigation is concerned chiefly with the following aspects:system structure, material modularization of smelting material circulation, and computational structural graph drawing,and the computation of material balance.According to the characteristics of smelters, a new algorithm of material balance computation in terms of workshop section is developed, and the practical results show that in comparison with traditional methods, this algorithm can reduce the computation complexity greatly and increase the ability of adoptation to different enterprises.
