摘要 目的 探讨尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)与肾小管间质病理变化的关系。方法 1999年1月-2003年2月间因各种肾脏疾病收治入院行肾穿刺活检术的患儿142例,采用散射比浊法和尿手工比色法分别测定尿α1-MG和尿NAG,分析其与肾小管间质病理变化的关系。结果 尿α1-MG、尿NAG水平与肾小管间质病变程度呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论 尿α1-MG和NAG可动态观察肾小管间质病变和临床治疗效果,以判断肾脏疾病的预后。 Objective To investigate the relationship between urine alpha 1-microglobulin (α1-MG), N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamidase (NAG) and renal tubule interstitial pathological change. Methods One hundred and forty-two children with kidney disease were checked up to detect the level of urine α1-MG, NAG and the degree of renal tubule interstitial pathological change by histodiagnosis. Kruskai-Wallis H test and correlation analysis were applied to analyze the relationship between urine α1-MG, NAG and renal tubule interstitial pathological change. Results As to the level of α1-MG and NAG, there was significant difference between various renal tubule interstital pathological changes (P < 0. 01 ) ; there was a correlation between urine α1-MG, NAG and renal tubule interstitial pathological change (P <0. 01). Conclusion Renal tubule interstitial pathological change could be reflected by both urine α1-MG and NAG. Urine α1-MG and NAG could be considered as an important reference index for the prognosis of the renal tubule interstitial pathological change.
