摘要
现代的通信、雷达系统要求极低相噪的微波频率源,高性能的SAW振荡器在其中已获广泛运用。本文对SAW振荡器的原理、类型以及目前所达的性能进行了综述、并给出了其在微波频综中的典型运用。
Modern communiations and radars System require microwave frequency sourcewith the extreme low phase noise, which high performance SAW oscillator has applied widely init. This paper describes the principle and type of SAW oscillator and the attainable level at pre-sent. A typical example applied to microwave frequency synthesis is given in the paper.
