摘要
本文描述了1MHz智能LCR测量仪模拟电路的基本原理及电路设计.特别是对高频误差源进行了探讨.阐述了电压电流法在测试频率为1MHz时模拟电路的设计方法.
The fundamental principle of the analog circuits and it's designs for the I MHz LCR intellectual meter is described in this paper. The error sources at high fregnency are especially studied in detail. The design method for the analog circuits at I MHz using Voltage-Current method is presented.
