本文提出了一种数字电路专家系统的测试方法,本测试方法以扩展D算法的立方表为基础,建立了基于结构和行为描述的知识表示方法和推理机制,并用LISP语言予以实现,使数字电路的测试简单、方便,且具有较强的适应性。

An expert system test method is introducted in the paper. The test method based on D cubes of extended D Algorithm, expertoes knowledge representation and reasoning based on structure and behevioral description, and impelemention with LISP language. This is very simpler and wide adaptability for digital circuits testing.
