美式双提拉窗框挤出模的设计

摘要 以美式双提拉窗框为例 ,根据该类型材挤出模技术中的难点 ,分别介绍了口模中的整体型芯结构、内筋采用内腔供料和两侧汇流的供料方式、单臂在口模的补偿量和它与定型模的匹配 ;定型模中功能尺寸的控制、真空与冷却水的排布 ;以及加工和调试中遇到的其它问题。 Double hung frame in America, an example of most complex profile of plastic extrusion mold is discussed, aiming at solving the nodi about it by analyzing the key technique. It is introduced respectively that the configuration of the core in die is to be designed as a whole with the plate, the mean of the material flowing to the inner is from the center or from the outboard of the core, the leg in the die should be added more material than other place and it should match the size in calibrating die, how to control the function size in calibrating die, how to arrange the water holes and vacuum holes in the calibrating die and some other questions during the process of design and manufacture.
