正弦脉动流场对PP/EPDM共混物界面相容性的影响 被引量:5

EFFECT OF INTERFACE COMPATIBILITY OF PP/EPDM BLENDING SYSTEM UNDER SINE PULSATING FLOW FIELD

摘要 使用自行设计的恒速型毛细管动态流变仪进行PP/EPDM共混物的动态挤出 ,通过DSC测试共混物的熔点 ,运用Huggins参数对界面状况进行表征。发现共混物的相容性与正弦脉动流场的频率、振幅呈现一定的响应规律。正弦脉动流场促进了大分子链段之间的穿插运动 ,使得分散相分布更为均匀 。 The self made capillary dynamic rheometer was employed to dynamically extrude PP/EPDM blends. The samples extruded were tested by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and Huggins parameter was used to characterize the status of interface. It was found that the blending system′s compatibility responded to the sine pulsating flow field′s frequency and vibration amplitude with certain regulation. The sine pulsating flow field promoted interpenetrating movement between macromolecule chain segments, made dispersed phase distribute more equality, and had compatibilizing effect on blending system in physics field.
