摘要
以乙酸为溶剂、Co-Mn-Br体系为催化剂,对偏三甲苯液相空气氧化生成偏苯三酸的动力学进行了研究。提出了偏三甲苯液相空气氧化为串、并联一级反应的简化模型。在固定催化剂浓度及溶剂比条件下,建立了偏三甲苯氧化及生成偏苯三酸的动力学方程。同时对氧化过程副反应的动力学也进行了研究,测定了不同温度下的反应速率常数及表观活化能。
Kinetics of reactions between air and liquid 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene with acetic acid as solvent and Co-Mn-Br system as catalyst to produce trimellitic acid was investigated.A simplified model of seriel and parallel first-order oxidation reactions of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene was provided.Kinetics equation of oxidation of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene to trimellitic acid in constant catalyst concentration and ratio of solvent was also given.Kinetics of auxiliary reactions of oxidation of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene was also under consideration.Rate constants under various temperatures for each reaction were determined,from which apparent activation energy for each reaction was calculated.
