共观察 188例老年人椎 -基底动脉供血不足患者。治疗组 12 8例给予五虫方研粉或将粉末装胶囊 1次 10g ,取升麻、生黄芪、生地、竹三七煎汤 ,口服。结果 :显效 31例 ,有效 72例 ,总有效率 80 % ,对照组 6 0例 ,中成药常规治疗 ,总有效率 2 0 %。P <0 0 5 ,差异非常显著。

188 aged people who suffered from vertebral-basal artery ischemia are divided into two groups.The therapeutic group is treated with WuChong prescription(Silkworm chrysalis stiffed silkworm,centepede leach,whole scorption,blace-tail snake),which is levigated or holded into capsule as abrasive poser,taken 10g once time.Cimicfrga rhizome,crude Astragalus membranacens,Rehmannia glutinosa,psendo-ginseng are decocted altogether,take orally three time a day.Among the therapeutic group,31 cases have notable results,72 cases have effective results.The efficiency has reached 80%.The contrastive group contains 60 cases.The efficiency has reached 20%, P <0.05.The discrepancy is extremely remarkable.
