摘要
在背景调研、生态环境评价及生态功能区划的基础上 ,应用科学发展观理念 ,在剖析各类自然生态系统的条件下提出了生态安全内涵 ,根据内涵研究了指标体系框架。并以绕阳河平原农业生态区为例探析了生态安全指标体系。同时研究了生态安全指标体系在生态安全评估和生态环境影响评价中的应用。
On the basis of background investigation,eco-environmental assessment,functional region partition,this paper analyzed various conditions of natural ecosystem,studied the frame of index system according to the concept of eco-security.Taking agricultural eco-region of Raoyanghe Champaign as an example,it studied the application of eco-security index system on eco-security assessment and eco-environmental impact assessment.
