摘要
海洋平台构件中的导管、撑管,因管径小,其环焊缝只能采用单面焊双面成型焊接工艺。为此,用D32钢进行了焊接工艺试验,研究了装配尺寸、运条方式、引弧、熄弧和连弧技术对焊接质量的影响,总结出了获得满意反面成型焊缝的装配尺寸和焊接工艺参数。该方法已成功应用于钻井平台、采油平台、防冰隔水套管等工程的焊接施工中,均取得了良好的效果。
Owing to the small diameters of conduit pipes and bracing tubes, the girth welding has to be done with one side welding both sides formation technology. Therefore the welding technology testing is carried out using D32 steel. The assembly dimensions of reverse side formation welding seams and parameters of welding technology are obtained satisfactorily. This technique has been used successfully to the welding constructions of drilling platform, production platform, ice-resistance and water-proof casing pipe etc., and the good results have been gained.
