摘要
对某油田集输首站新建的2座2万m3钢制浮顶罐基础发生非平面倾斜,导致密封装置漏油的事故进行了分析,提出了简易可行的处理方案,介绍了具体的纠偏方法,并就有关规范和标准进行了探讨,对工程界开展储罐事故预防工作有一定的参考借鉴作用。
This paper analyzes the oil leak incident induced by seal device failure caused by non-planar foundation inclination of two newly built steel floating roof tanks at the first collection and transportation station in an oilfield, and provides an easy and feasible treatment plan. It also discusses the relevant criterions and standards.
