体细胞核移植技术在医学中的应用

摘要 近几年来体细胞核移植技术取得了重大的突破 ,最具轰动的是克隆绵羊“Dolly”的问世 ,这是世界上第一例由成体细胞核移植后出生的哺乳动物 ,打破了体细胞不具备发育成新个体能力的传统认识 ,创新了一直沿用早期胚胎细胞进行核移植的方法。本文综述了体细胞核移植技术的研究进展、技术方法 ,以及它在医学领域巨大的应用价值和前景。 In recent years, the somatic cell nuclear transfer technique has obtained the important breakthrough, the most sensation is the birth of cloning sheep 'Dolly' , which is the first fully grown mammal to be cloned from an adult cell in the world , breaking the traditional cognition that the somatic cells do not have the ability to grow becoming new individual, changing the method that scientists always relied on embryonic cell in the past. This text overviews the somatic cell nuclear transfer technique research progress, technique method, and its important application value and foreground in medical science.
