摘要
6Sigma管理法是一种灵活的综合性系统方法。当今中国企业面对激烈的全球化竞争,要谋求长远的发展,立于不败之地,必须从根本上提高产品或服务的质量,同时又必须保证成本不会因质量的提高而增加,因此有必要引入在国内外成功大企业中颇受青睐的6Sigma管理法。但是在我国企业特殊的情况下,要以一种科学的观点,客观、公正、严慎地实施6西格玛管理,走一条适合中国特色的6西格玛管理之路。
6 Sigma is a variable systematic method of statistics. Nowadays facing the severe global competition, Chinese enterprises have to improve the quality of their product or service, and at the same time keep the costs unchanging for the purpose of developing themselves steadily and building a solid foundation. Therefore it is necessary for Chinese enterprises to bringinto 6 Sigma Management, which is popular with many home and foreign successful corporations. Meanwhile because of our enterprises special situation, they should apply 6 Sigma in a scientific, objective, fair, circumspect way of Chinese characteristics.
