在简要介绍浦东新区集成电路代工业与设计业发展现状的基础上,从上下游产业互动的角度分析了促进集成电路产业整体发展的产业互动模式与机制,并提出了促进集成电路产业发展的政策建议和具体措施。

We first introduce IC foundries and fabless firms in Pudong. From the point of view ofindustry interaction, we bring forward the pattern and mechanism to improve the fabless-foundrypartnership. And finally, some suggestions and operable measures are illustrated.
