采用津岩石棉绒降低氯中含氢量

摘要 用津岩石棉绒作金属阳极隔膜法烧碱的隔膜材料,并调整吸附工艺,从而使氯中含氢量由0.68%降至0.47%,达到生产工艺指标要求;单槽电压由3.177V降至3.116V,吨碱电耗下降42.5kW·h。按6万t a生产规模计算,可节约电费88.13万元 a;用8t津岩石棉绒替代9t进口石棉绒和6t黄康石棉,可节约5.71万元 a石棉绒的费用。 After applying the diaphragm made of asbestos fiber of Jinyan make and adjusting adsorption process in the production of caustic soda by metal-anode diaphragm process;the hydrogen content in chlorine gas decreased from 0.68% to 0.47%,which reached the requirement of process indexes;the voltage of unit cell decreased from 3.177 V to 3.116 V,the electricity consumption decreased by 42.5 kW·h/(t·NaOH).If the production scale was 60 kt/a,then 881.3 thousands $RMB of electricity cost could be saved per year,and 57.1 thousands $RMB of asbestos cost could be saved per year by substituting 8 tons of Jinyan asbestos fiber for 9 tons of imported asbestos fiber and 6 tons of Huangkang asbestos fiber.
