摘要
研究了熔体过热处理对M963铸造镍基高温合金凝固偏析的影响。结果表明,熔体过热处理对Al,Co和Ni的偏析影响不大;1 923 K,5 min熔体过热处理,使Ti,Nb和W的偏析增大,Mo和Cr的偏析减小。元素偏析程度的改变是由于合金熔体结构的变化引起的。
The effect of melt overheating treatment on the solidification segregation of M963 cast Ni-base superalloy has been studied. The results show that the melt overheating treatment has little effect on the segregation of Al, Co and Ni; and the melt treatment at 1 923 K for 5 min caused an increase in segregation of Ti, Nb and W and a decrease in segregation of Mo and Cr obviously. It is suggested that the change of segregation is attributed to the change in the melt structure of the M963 superalloy.
