病灶清除术治疗手指慢性感染

Clearance of focal lesion: a method for the treatment of chronic digital infections

目的 介绍一种治疗手指慢性感染伤口经久不愈的手术方式。方法 2 7例化脓性指头炎切开引流术后及手指外伤感染经久不愈患者 ,采用彻底病灶清除术后一期缝合伤口。结果 2 7例伤口一期愈合。结论 彻底病灶清除 ,一期闭合伤口 。

Objective To introduce a surgical method for the chronic infection of digits.Methods Twenty-seven cases of chronic infections of fingers,developed after incision and drainage of purulent infections or traumatic wound infections,were treated with complete clearance of focal lesion and primary closure from Oct,1989 to May,2002.Results All the wounds healed by first intention without any recurrence.Conclusion Complete clearance of focal lesion with primary closure is an effective method for the chronic infection of fingers.
