摘要
目的 评价乳腺导管镜在乳头溢液诊疗中的临床意义。方法 用FV -3 0 0 0型MS-611E乳腺导管镜对 3 1例乳头溢液病人进行检查 ,并对检查情况加以分析。结果 乳腺导管镜诊断为乳腺增生及导管扩张 13例 ,导管内乳头状瘤 17例 ,乳腺癌 1例。乳腺导管镜检查与术后病理的诊断符合率为 91.6% ( 2 2 /2 4)。结论 乳腺导管镜可以对乳头溢液病人作出明确的诊断和定位 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of mammary ductoscopy in patients with nipple discharge.Methods Mammary ductoscopy of type FV-3000 and MS-611E was applied in 31 patients with nipple discharge.The observed conditions were analyzed.Results Thirteen patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands or ductal ectasia and 17 patients with intraductal papilloma and one patient with breast cancer were found under mammary ductoscopy. The coincidence rate between ductoscopy and pathology was 91.6%(22/24).Conclusion Mammary ductoscopy is an effective diagnostic method for nipple discharge and also can be used to locate intraductal lesions.
