纤维蛋白封闭剂在颅脑手术中应用的实验研究

The application of fibrin sealant in the craniocerebral operation

目的 观察纤维蛋白封闭剂的止血效果和对脑组织的影响。方法 随机将实验对象分为实验组和对照组 ,观察使用纤维蛋白封闭剂后 ,所用止血时间的变化以及止血效果 ;并在不同时间点取材行HE染色 ,观察其对周围脑组织的影响。结果 实验组使用纤维蛋白封闭剂后 ,止血时间明显缩短 ,差别有显著性 ;术后通过CT检查 ,证明其止血效果可靠 ;通过组织形态学观察 ,发现纤维蛋白封闭剂对周围脑组织影响较小 ,并可在短期内降解吸收。结论 纤维蛋白封闭剂在颅脑手术中应用 。

Objective To investigate the effective of fibrin sealant on brain tissue and the ability of hemostasis.Methods to compare the duration for hemostasis between the trial team(using fibrin sealant to hemostasis) and control team(without the helping of fibrin sealant,only using bipolar to coagulation);following CT scanning to approve the effect of fibrin sealant post-operation;HE staining to Investigate the effect on the neighbour brain tissue of fibrin sealant.Results With the help of fibrin sealant, abridging the time to hemostasis,the difference is significantly.The fibrin sealant were absorbable at short intervals.Conclusion It is credible and safe to apply the fibrin sealant in the craniocerebral operation.
