摘要
目的 探讨新生儿胃穿孔的发病特点和治疗方法。方法 对我院近 10年治疗的 14例新生儿胃穿孔进行回顾性分析。结果 14例新生儿胃穿孔皆行手术治疗 ,术后死亡 7例。结论 新生儿胃穿孔多因先天性胃壁肌层发育不良及胃内张力增高缺血缺氧所致。早期诊断 ,及时手术 。
Objective To discuss the characteristics and treatments of stomach perforation in newborns.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 14 cases of stomach perforation in newborns at our hospital in the recent 10 years.Results All newborns with stomach perforation were treated by surgical operation.Seven cases were died postoperatively.Conclusion Stomach perforation in newborns is caused by congenital gastric wall hypogenesis and high tensile of stomach lead to anoxemia.The key of increasing cure rate is early diagnosis and operation in time and to enhance the supporting therapy and reduce complications.
