Clinical Manifestations and CT Signs of Eosinophilic Cystitis in Children

目的 探讨儿童嗜酸性膀胱炎的临床及CT表现。资料与方法 对 4例经病理证实的儿童嗜酸性膀胱炎的临床及CT表现进行回顾性研究。结果 4例嗜酸性膀胱炎 ,2例表现为膀胱壁弥漫性不均匀增厚 ,2例为局限性结节状膀胱壁增厚。结论 嗜酸性膀胱炎的CT及临床表现与膀胱肿瘤易于混淆 。

Objective To discuss clinical and CT features of eosinophilic cystitis in children.Materials and Methods Both clinical and CT manifestations in 4 children with pathologically-proved eosinophilic cystitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results On CT scans, diffuse and irregular thickening or localized nodular thickening of cystic wall was seen in 2 cases each. Conclusion The clinical and CT manifestations of eosinophilic cystitis in children are apt to be confused with the manifestations of cystic tumors. Biopsy of the lesion is necessary for confirming the diagnosis and selecting the proper management.
