电感耦合等离子质谱法测定镀锌液中的杂质元素 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究镀锌液中杂质元素的测定方法 ,用氢氧化钇共沉淀分离富集锌 ,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP -MS)法同时测定镀锌液样品中Cu ,Fe ,Pb ,Cd ,Cr。对影响其测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究 ,确定了试验的最佳测定条件。结果表明 ,方法的检出限为 0 .0 0 1~ 0 .117μg/L ,回收率为 93.3%~ 110 .0 % ,RSD小于 2 .5 1%。该法准确、快速、简便 ,应用于镀锌液中杂质元素的测定 ,效果较好。 Determination method of irapurities elements in zinc plating bath was studied. A coprecipitation separation and preconcentration method, inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), was established to measure the content of Cu, Fe, Pb, Cd and Cr in zinc plating bath.The factors affecting determination were investigated, and the optimal detection conditions were determined. The detection limit is 0.001~0. 117μg/L, the recovery ratio is 93.3%~110.0%,and the RSD is less than 2.51%. The method is accurate, quick and convenient, and acceptable for determination of impurity elements with satisfied result.
