摘要
铝件进行化学导电氧化后具有一定的防腐蚀性和导电性 ,在电子设备上 ,铝材零部件化学导电氧化后可以防止电磁信号的干扰。为此 ,详细介绍了铝件化学导电氧化的工艺流程、工艺配方、氧化液的成分及其作用、导电氧化膜的生成机理、导电氧化液的配制、操作条件对导电氧化膜的影响、导电氧化液的维护和分析、导电氧化的前后处理、导电氧化时常见的故障及其排除方法 ,分析和讨论了氧化膜的导电性能、耐蚀性能和涂装后的性能。
Aluminum parts will possess improved corrosion resistance and conductivity by chemical conductive anodizi.ng, which also can prevent electromagnetic interfere on electronic fixing with aluminum. Particular introduction was presented including process and formula of chemical conductive anodizing,components and effect of oxidation solution, forming mechanism of conductive oxidation film, preparation and maintain of chemical oxidation solution, effects of operation conditions on the conductive film, pretreatment and aftertreatment, as well as trouble shooting method. Also the conductive, anticorrosive and coating properties were discussed.
