摘要
为了高效廉价地处理电镀废水 ,对天然累托石进行处理制备成改性累托石。在静态条件下 ,对改性累托石处理含镍电镀废水进行了试验 ,探讨了改性累托石的用量、废水酸度、接触时间、温度及阴离子浓度对除镍效果的影响。结果表明 ,在废水pH值 4 .0~ 7.0、镍浓度 0~ 10 0mg/L范围内 ,按镍与改性累托石质量比为 1/ 2 0投加进行处理 ,镍去除率可达 98%以上 ,且处理后废水接近中性。含镍电镀废水经改性累托石处理后 ,镍含量显著低于国家排放标准。
Natural rectorite was modified to treat electroplating wastewater with high efficiency and low cost. The treatment of nickel-containing wastewater with modified rectorite was studied under static state in the laboratory, and also the effects of modified rectorite dosage, acidity of wastewater, contacting time,temperature and negative ion concentration were discussed. The results show that nickel removing efficiency is over 98% and the pH value of wastewater after treatment is near neutral as the quality ratio of nickel and modified rectorite is 1/20 in the wastewater containing 0~100 mg/L nickel of pH 4.0~7.0. After treatment, the content of nickel in electroplating wastewater is prominently lower than National discharge standard.
