精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量的调查研究

An Investigated Study of the Quality of Life of Spouses of Schizophrenic Patients

目的 :了解精神分裂症患者配偶的生活质量 ,以期在今后的临床护理工作中 ,对患者配偶进行相应的心理干预 ,提高患者配偶的生活质量。方法 :应用生活质量综合评定问卷对 116例精神分裂症患者配偶及 52名已婚正常对照者进行评定。结果 :精神分裂症患者配偶的总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活均较正常对照者差 ,其中以心理健康和躯体健康对生活质量的影响最大。结论 :精神分裂症患者配偶的生活质量较正常对照者差 。

Objective: In order to improve the living quality of the spouses of schizophrenia and give them the psychology intervention in the nursing work, the research was done to study the quality of the spouses of the schizophrenia patients. Methods: 116spouses of schizophrenic patients and 52 control subjects were measured with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI). Results: The scores of the schizophrenic patients spouses were lower than that of the controls on the quality of life and subfactors such as physical function , mental function,social function and material life, especially on mental health and physical health . Conclusion: There were significant difference on the quality of life between the spouses of schizophrenic patients who were first in hospital and the controls, involing various aspect of mental and physical health.
