以工程项目为背景,论述了项目管理中的知识管理过程,分析了项目生命期各阶段所使用的知识的特点,阐述了在工程项目环境下实施知识管理的研究方法,提出了在项目环境下实施知识管理的框架体系,明确了项目环境下知识集成的方法和要求,分析了知识管理能力的评价维度,并提出了相应的评价指标。

This paper expounds the knowledge management procedure in project context,analyzes the features of the knowledge inovlved in each stage and introduces the methodology of knowledge management.The paper also puts forward the knowledge management framework,the requirements and measures of knowledge integration.At the end of the paper,the dimensions of knowledge management capacities are analyzed and relevant measures are given.
