摘要
将层次分析法和模糊理论结合起来,建立一个度量项目风险的模糊综合评估模型。对可选的技改方案进行综合评估与排序,并追踪所选方案的风险来源,为方案选择和风险处置提供依据。
Combining the layer-analysis method and fuzzy theory together,a fuzzy and composite assessment model is built to measure the project risks,which could be used to assess and rank all alternatives and pursue the risk origins of project selected so as to provide justifications for risk disposal.
