摘要
我国体育经纪事业的发展目前还处于初级阶段,针对经纪人与其委托人的利益冲突方面的原因进行分析,用信息经济学中委托代理理论的有关观点从宏观与微观两个方面为经纪人和运动员构建一种激励约束机制。
At present,the development of sports broking is still at the primary stage. This paper analyzes the cause of interest conflict between broker and principal, and try to construct the incentive and constraint mechanism between broker and athlete from macro and micro by applying the principle-agent theory in the information economics.
