基于系统理论的区域农业可持续发展系统分析及其评价——以河北省为例

Study on Assessment of Regional Agricultural Sustainable Development in Hebei Province Based on System Theory

区域农业可持续发展是一个复杂的综合系统,农业可持续发展是可持续发展的基础和重要组成部分。从可持续发展的本质出发,分析了区域农业可持续发展系统的概念、内涵、系统组成和作用机理。从多目标角度,提出了河北省农业可持续发展评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法对具体指标进行了排序,基于此对“八五“和“九五”期间河北省农业发展状况作出了评价。

Regional Agricultural Sustainable Development is a complicated system, and it is the basement and important component of sustainable development system(SDS).Based on the coordination mechanism and the analysis of essential features of regional sustainable development (RSD), the conception, connotation, component and function mechanism of RASDS are generally analyses in this paper. In view of multiple targets, the indicator system and assessment mathematic models for RASDS is constructed in this paper, it makes an integrated assessment on RASDS in Hebei province.
