在团队环境中,团队成员的亲密接触和信息在团队成员间的顺畅流通能产生诸如亲友的利他动机。在修正理性经济人的前提下,用模型对团队的合作行为进行了分析,得出团队里的亲密接触的环境和低交流障碍是导致团队合作的原因。并以Grameen银行为例,探讨了其贷款制度因为成功地创造了团队环境,导致了代理人之间的合作行为,所以取得成功。

This article intends to explain the cooperative behavior of work team. The explanation of theory game on work team's cooperative activities is not so convictive.The author think that the foundation stone is the hypothesis of rational economic man. From the viewpoint of sociology,the intimate connection of team members fosters the motivation of altruism, which is very similar to that among relatives.
